Description:
This individual will be acting as a liaison between IT and business end-users to research, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, ensuring that those requirements clearly reflect true business needs. The primary goal will be to leverage the SAP ERP System and in-house applications to support business requirements.
Specific Responsibilities:
A) Provide support of, and development recommendations regarding, technologies being delivered to our end users. Technologies supported include Daily Production (in-house system), SAP, and all supporting application functionality, interfaces and integration points.
B) Master Data Evaluation & Design
C) Quality System Interface
D) Provide business systemsˇ¦ practice knowledge transfer to Application Developers and SAP Specialists.
E) Provide Technical Services Support
Requirements:
A) Minimum of four-year degree.
B) SAP Experience preferred.
C) Thorough knowledge of information system theories, practices, and technical concepts relative to business systems.
D) Experience with engaging development teams during the Design, Build, and Testing phases to ensure that business requirements are being met.
E) Experience with testing applications and validating defects; working with the Application Developers to create test plan, test cases, and validate test scripts.
F) Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
G) Strong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
H) Independent and trustworthy.
I) Manufacturing Experience and/or Production Planning experience preferred
